What? More Freebies?!!

And the Sweet Christmas freebies at Bits2Kits.com keep coming, along with a second freebie here on my blog. Today (December 22th) at Bits2Kits.com you get this freebie (freebie #1 for today) from me:

We take a break from all the pet stuff to bring you some funky snowflake papers in the Sweet Christmas colors. (But hey, you can always use them for scrapping pictures of your furbabies in the snow)

OK, you probably know the drill for getting this freebie, but in case you forgot or there is somebody new, here are the directions for getting this download again. It will only be up for one day, so if it is getting late go over there and get it now, but come back here because I have a second freebie on 4shared for you that will still be available!! Go to the Bits2Kits main page here Scroll down just a little bit and you will see the big box with Christmas tree and all the numbers on it. Click on the number 22 since this is December 22nd. That will start the download. There is no need to register at the store to get this freebie. If you click on the wrong day, you just get the homepage again. Each day's freebie is only going to be available for 24 hours, so go now, don't wait. (Even if you miss the Dec 22nd freebie, as long as it is still December click on the number for whatever day it is and you will still get a freebie from one of the Bits2Kits designers.)

If you are getting here too late, well, you won't go away empty handed. I have an extra freebie on 4shared for you that will stay up longer than a day! This is your second freebie for today:

Yes, more snowflake papers (one does have green pawprints in it, look closely). And if you have been here before you know that I am going to give you a sales pitch first before giving you the freebie link on 4shared, so here we go....

If the snowflake papers look a little familar, it is because I have already done two paper packs with this overlay. Here are their previews (and I just did a new preview for the big pack, hope you like it):

These are some bright and fun snowflake papers, many in not the traditional snow colors for those who want something different for their layouts. The big pack of 16 papers is priced at $2 and the smaller pack of 8 papers is just a dollar.

Your second freebie, Paws 4 Snowflake Papers, consists of 3 snowflake papers done at the same time as the paper packs that have just been sitting on my hard drive, plus 7 new papers done in the colors of my new kit Paws 4 Christmas. Now only one of the newly created papers actually has paws in it. The rest were made using the solid non-pawed papers in the kit (including the pink and blue from the extra freebies).

And what is Paws 4 Christmas, you ask? Why that is my new kit for scrapping your dogs and cats at Christmas! The new kit "Paws 4 Christmas" comes in 3 versions: For dogs only, for cats only and the specially priced biggie version for both cats and dogs with everything in the other two kits plus a few extras with both cats and dogs together. Here are the previews:

There is so much more than I could fit in the previews! The dog and cat kits both have 25 papers and the biggie for both has 45 papers. There are gobs of brads and lots of ribbons and bows. And lots more, I could go on and on but I know you want the link lol! Right now the individual dog and cat versions are on sale for $3.75 each and the biggie both combined version is on sale for only $4.50 until Christmas Eve.

Ok, enough sales pitch, here are all the links:

Be sure and come back on Christmas (the 25th), the 27th and the 31st for more freebies. And go to Bits2Kits.com everyday to get a Sweet Christmas freebie. (The Christmas Day freebie will be extra big with stuff from several designers. It will go up late Christmas Eve and also be up on the 26th with that day's freebie.)

Another Sweet Christmas freebie plus new kit Xtras freebie

The Sweet Christmas freebies at Bits2Kits.com continue. Today (December 18th) you get this freebie from me:

Yes, this is the download that the cat lovers have been waiting for!! But, there are a few dog items in there like the garland (sorry cat lovers, maybe by next year I will have figured out how to make one with cats) and there are many pawprint items that can be used for either dogs or cats. So dog lovers need to get this download, too.

Here are the directions for getting this download again. It will only be up for one day, so if it is getting late go over there and get it now, but come back here because I have a second freebie on 4shared for you that will still be available!! Go to the Bits2Kits main page here Scroll down just a little bit and you will see the big box with Christmas tree and all the numbers on it. Click on the number 18 since this is December 18th. That will start the download. There is no need to register at the store to get this freebie. If you click on the wrong day, you just get the homepage again. Each day's freebie is only going to be available for 24 hours, so go now, don't wait.

If you are getting here too late, well, you won't go away empty handed. I have a new kit in the store and an extra freebie from it for you that will stay up longer than a day! This is your second freebie for today:

These are extras from my new kit "Paws 4 Christmas" which is more stuff for scrapping your cats and dogs, but in more traditional colors than "Sweet Christmas." I know, you are saying "uh, waitaminute Ann, that preview has pink and brown, those aren't exactly traditional Christmas colors." That is correct. I started out with a really big color pallate and then wound up only using the traditional colors. But, that was after I had already made up papers and a few other items with the other colors. So rather than putting them in the recycle bin, I am giving them to you. Those without furbabies to scrap can use the two grungy solid papers plus the ricrak and the angel.

But of course I am going to show you the previews for the new kit and give you the sales pitch first before giving you the freebie 4shared link! The new kit "Paws 4 Christmas" comes in 3 versions: For dogs only, for cats only and the specially priced biggie version for both cats and dogs with everything in the other two kits plus a few extras with both cats and dogs together. Here are the previews:

Come back on Dec 22th for part 3 of the "Sweet Christmas Baubles" and on Dec 25th for the "Paws 4 Christmas Blues" (could this be a hint as to what will be available at the Bits2Kits.com Countdown to Christmas on those days?).

Still More Sweet Christmas Freebies

The Bits2Kits Countdown to Christmas continues with another day and another Sweet Christmas freebie. (Actually 2 today from me.) I hope you have been collecting every day. All of the B2K designers have made some really nice stuff for you! All together this is going to be like one giant huge megakit - and you get if for free.

Today (December 11th) you get first this freebie from me at the Bits2Kits.com shop homepage:

Yes, you are seeing right. These elements are especially for scrapping your dogs and cats at Christmas. Some of the stuff in this download does have dogs, but others just have pawprints so they can be used for cats, too. And cat lover's should not feel slighted. See the "Part 2" at the top of the preview? There is a Part 1 coming later that has more stuff with a Christmas Kitty (and also stuff with pawprints). We are just being confusing and giving out part 2 before part 1. Bottom line is that cat lovers need to get this download, too, for the pawprint items in here that go with the cat stuff coming in part 1.

Here are the directions again: to get this Countdown to Christmas freebie each day, go to the Bits2Kits main page here Scroll down just a little bit and you will see the big box with Christmas tree and all the numbers on it. Click on the number 11 since this is December 11th. That will start the download. There is no need to register at the store to get this freebie. If you click on the wrong day, you just get the homepage again. Each day's freebie is only going to be available for 24 hours, so go now, don't wait.

If you are getting here too late, well, you won't go away empty handed. I have an extra freebie for you that will stay up longer than a day! This is your second freebie for today:

Yep, more Christmas ornaments. And once again, a couple are pet themed and a couple are not. To get the "Sweet Christmas Baubles Part 2" freebie on 4shared *** UPDATE Sorry, freebie has been redone. Please see blog post with this date 11/27/2010 for new version of freebie. ******

****** July 31, 2011 Sorry, freebie is no longer available ******

Slaving away over a hot computer!

I have been sitting here in front of the computer starting with the weekend getting stuff made for the big Christmas giveaways. And I do not have good posture. My back hurts, my neck and shoulders, my knee (ok, that doesn't have anything to do with sitting) but most of all my butt hurts!! I'm even having fantasies about a butt massage that are not sexual!! I have a memory foam computer chair, but I'm thinking it has gotten compacted and all the good is gone from it. And why have I been doing all this, you ask? Well, this is why:

sigh. thank you for reading my whine. You better like all these freebies I'm making - or at least pretend you do!!!!

And I am going to have some sort of sale for Black Friday, maybe the whole weekend. I'm trying to get it co-ordinated with SAS.

New Kit - Grab Bag Revealed

NDSD has come and gone, so my grab bag has been removed from the store. It is now revealed and in the store as a kit. Here are the contents:

Eclectic Mix 1 is an eclectic mix of papers and elements in teal and turquoise shades of blue and brown with some orange. There are items for scrapping pets and plenty for everything else. You get:

10 papers,

7 frames,

2 rickracks and 2 ribbon wraps,

2 bags and 4 purses,

2 tags,

4 cocker spaniel flairs,

9 bows,

8 flowers,

29 glitter chipboard animals and animal themed embellishments which include 4 cats, 2 rabbits, 5 horses, 1 butterfly and 13 dogs (Cocker Spaniels, Alaskan Malamute, German Shepard, Scottish Terrier, Chihuahua, Boxer, Bulldog, Great Dane. Daschund, Collie/Shetland Sheepdog and Lab type),

Plus an alpha with uppercase letters, numbers and many punctuation symbols.

As usual, any items with an added dog motif are also included in a plain version, so there is plenty of stuff for those who don't have furbabies. With almost 140 MB in 4 downloads (plus another download for the alpha), there is something for everyone.

All items are in high resolution 300 ppi. Papers are in jpg format, 12" x 12". Personal use, but scrapping for others for gifts and digi photo swaps is permitted. Drop shadows are just for preview purposes.

Are you kicking yourself for not getting this kit when it was a grab bag? Well hurry up and get it now while it is on sale! Eclectic Mix 1 is available for purchase here

Signature Tag

I don't generally do tags, but I did do this one as part of a challenge. I used items from my kit Starry Slumber which is available for purchase here

A Winter's Kiss Blog Train Freebie

Choo Choo Get on Board for the Bits2Kits Blog Train Freebies!! Here is my part of "A Winter's Kiss"

But wait.... as usual I am going to give you a sales pitch before giving you the freebie link...

As a special promotion for National Digital Scrapbooking Day, I have made available for a limited time my newest kit "Eclectic Mix 1" as a PU Grab Bag for only $1 - JUST A DOLLAR!!

I suppose you want some hints as to what is in it?? Well, you get the bags and the purses because they go with the kit - that's go with the kit in terms of the colors, not that the theme is fashion or girly. The theme is, well, there really isn't a theme. It's an Eclectic Mix - get it? The kit started out with some papers and frames and embellishments and an alpha that I made some time ago to do some layouts. I added some flowers and ricrak and bows and other frames and other papers, etc etc.

Hmmm.... wanna see the layouts? Well ok....

and then there's also this set of layouts

Aren't they just so cute when they are being naughty??

Now I don't want you to think that this is only for cocker spaniels - there are other dog breeds, cats, horses and rabbits, pawprint stuff, along with plenty of non-animal stuff. There is like 139 MB of stuff plus the alpha, too.

You can get the Grab Bag of Eclectic Mix 1 for just $1 here
